Who Should Attend:
These workshops are aimed at operators of tourism enterprises who wish to further enhance their e-capability and develop their own skills in self-managing their website.

Course Aims:
To support ongoing e-business skills development and build on previously acquired knowledge for tourism SME owners in how to effectively sell online.

The Web Skills workshop will address key e-business issues designed to further equip operators of small and medium tourism enterprises with the skills required to leverage the potential of the Internet to improve their business and the on-line service they provide to visitors.

Course Objectives: by the end of this workshop delegates will be able to:
1. Identify how online selling is changing the tourism and leisure industry and the impact on their own tourism business
2. Understand where your own e-business profile exists on the Internet
3. Appreciate the importance of viewing your own website as the centre of your online universe
4. identify key ways in which people may find your website and how you can enhance the business effectiveness of your on-line profile
5. Identify what you can do to convert enquiries into bookings and increase potential in closing the sale

Course Registration:
